Yesterday was the launch of an A-list collection by Lancome for Kate Winslet’s Golden Hat Foundation.
After A lister Kate Winslet narrated a documentary about a child with autism she was instantly touched and set up the Golden Hat Foundation to raise awareness and money for children with autism – that’s around 67 million worldwide.
Now Lancome (for which Kate is already a spokesperson) has teamed up with the multi-tasking actress to help kick-start the fundraising: they’ll be donating a 150,000 Euros to The Golden Hat Foundation.
“I’ve been thinking about setting up this project for a long time, and Lancôme’s instant offer of support is a huge display of confidence and generosity. Lancôme has given me the strength to go all the way and I know that this will open many doors...” said Kate Winslet.
One of my best friend’s worked with autistic children so I know just how important it is to raise awareness and money for them and their familys.
The collaboration includes a gorgeous blush compact embossed with the foundation’s golden hat logo for a sheeny glow to your cheeks and L'Absolu Rouge lipstick and slick of Le Vernis both in ever-stylish red.
A beautiful collection for a truly worthy cause.
